We booked Superior room and requested for connecting rooms but due to
non availabity, the hotel staff upgraded our room without additional
charge. It's close proximity to shopping, eatery and airport. My
kids love the pool and bicycle which is available to guests. Almost all
the time we stayed here, we got a room upgrade. Loved the hotel towels

This is a very beautiful hotel. It's near to the Subang Airport/National. It has a very nice view about the golfplace. The breakfast is absolut fascinating. The lounge is absolute beautiful, great, great. The pool is nice and great. - they provide early breakfast for the fasting persons

We stayed for 7 nights on a business trip.The staff are amazing, and friendly!!!! We found the value for money was brilliant! The hotel organised a tour guide called Sam that was outstanding! He was knowledgeable and took care that we saw and understood Kuala Lumpur.

Staff was friendly and helpful, although not very
knowledgeable/familiar with the vicinity. Hotel is new and has good
mix of dining options. Room took a while to be ready but we are happy
with the room. After an extra bed and baby cot, we didnt feel it was
cramped at all.
Only thing is the hotel website seems to be down. Keeps pointing to a map with no links when directed from the parent group's website.

The room is spacious and toilet is well equipped - can bath kid and adult same time having the shower master and bath tub. Breakfast food is excellent to class and service by staff excellent. i would like to commend on 2 staff - Margot at the front desk who heled to check us in for her excellent customer service! For patiently waiting for more than one hour for our suite we got upgraded. and Dino from concierge who was there when we needed help. Perfect gentleman who was ready to provide his service. -
