Loved the free access to laptops,
Free water, friendliness of staff and free breakfast.
Loved how clean and the fantastic location- in the middle and not in the hustle and bustle.
I couldn't how great the value was.. We had a single room each with ensuite and were more than comfortable

My partner and i stayed at City Nutz in 2011 and loved the room we got and the hospitality we received, the drink machine which offers three free drinks was just a bonus! (the rooms are not massive but nothing in Tokyo will be and it was perfect for two)

We loved the location and being just 2 short blocks from the subway station in the heart of Tokyo. It was very convenient and I would stay there again just because I know what I'm getting. It's definitely not the fanciest of places...but it was clean, had decent amenities, and worked for what we needed. Coffee maker, small fridge, interesting music system, tv. Very small rooms, not alot of space for your luggage, but it's Tokyo and you you don't get a lot of space for this price.

Location is very great. The hotel is near many transportation, Keisei Line, Metro, JR so it is convenient to go to everywhere in Tokyo. We can find many restaurants around there with acceptable price and we can walk to shopping area such as Ameyoko market. The room is very comfortable even it is a bit small for three people (we have many luggages)

Very good location which only 5min walking distance from Ueno train station. Take the right exit of the train station and across the road. The hotel is just located at the next street of Ameyoko shopping street where you could find variety of local food or products with reasonable price. The location is really good and convenient especially for family like us with young children and luggage. The Japanese style room is clean and comfortable. There is wifi available in the room too.
