  My partner and i stayed at City Nutz in 2011 and loved the room we got and the hospitality we received, the drink machine which offers three free drinks was just a bonus! It was very convenient and I would stay there again just because I know what I'm getting. It's definitely not the fanciest of places...but it was clean, had decent amenities, and worked for what we needed. Coffee maker, small fridge, interesting music system, tv.   Location is very great. The hotel is near many transportation, Keisei Line, Metro, JR so it is convenient to go to everywhere in Tokyo. We can find many restaurants around there with acceptable price and we can walk to shopping area such as Ameyoko market.
