The hotel staff were so helpful and all seemed to be bilingual. They really were so kind - the waitress at breakfast asked me where I was from, and when I said Australia she came back in two minutes with English guides of Osaka which proved to be so helpful. They were just so proactive.

Really close to Universal Studio, and next to Universal city station. It'll be a perfect place to stay if you want to go to Universal Studio. Many shops around the hotel, really convenient. The room is spacious. Easy to go to Osaka or Kyoto.
You can come early, leave your luggages at the lobby, and the hotel will deliver your luggages to your room

The view from our room was just so perfect! Universal Studio was so near we can see the whole park from the wide window. We can also see how beautiful Osaka is . But of course we love the Spa!!
The rooms are spacious , clean and have wide windows. We hope tocheck in at the same hotel next time we go to Osaka if possible the same rooms!!!

The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

A traditionally tatami experience, strategic location near Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Very friendly staffs, doing their best to assist. We seek help to send our baggages to our hotel in Tokyo when we leave for Takayama Autumn festival, they even gave us rebate due to more than one baggage sent. Very sincere and helpful!
