We had a 1 month trip around Japan :- Tokyo(Asakusa), Tokyo(Yokahama), a

views of the city, river, mountains & sunset / sunrise. -
The hotel staff were so helpful and all seemed to be bilingual. They really were so kind - the waitress at breakfast asked me where I was from, and when I said Australia she came back in two minutes with English guides of Osaka which proved to be so helpful. They were just so proactive.

Really friendly staff, going beyond the standard polilteness level of Japanese hotels and making the stay personable. Hotel equipped with everything a 5 star hotel needs. Nice lounge with great view. Good location right across Osaka station. -

I had a great time at Capsule Inn and it is located extremely close to Osaka Station! I would definitely stay there again! -

The ambience of the place, the Executive Lounge that my wife Pholile
admires so much especially for the afternoon high tea. The 2hr
complemetary predinner cocktails and canapes were a plus. Our club room
was perfect. The staff were extemely helpful and very polite and made us
feel special. -

The room was nice and clean - spacious enough for two people. Travel
between the airport and the hotel is easy enough to figure out using
public transportation. The free shuttle from the Osaka train station to

Really close to Universal Studio, and next to Universal city station. It'll be a perfect place to stay if you want to go to Universal Studio. Many shops around the hotel, really convenient. The room is spacious. Easy to go to Osaka or Kyoto.
You can come early, leave your luggages at the lobby, and the hotel will deliver your luggages to your room

The view from our room was just so perfect! Universal Studio was so near we can see the whole park from the wide window. We can also see how beautiful Osaka is . But of course we love the Spa!!
The rooms are spacious , clean and have wide windows. We hope tocheck in at the same hotel next time we go to Osaka if possible the same rooms!!!

Loved the hotel's location. It's very accessible from the Osaka Park Subway Stop on the JR Loop. Makes it super easy to get around and it's lovely to get up early and go for a walk in the park! We paid extra for a room with a castle view and it was well worth it. Even though I asked for a non smoking room well ahead of time, I was told upon arriva

The castle-view room at the 12th floor is very spacious for a couple. You have a nice view of the Osaka Castle & Park and the river. The nearest station is Osaka-jokoen, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There is a convenience store at the nearby building but it closes at 11pm. From the Kansai airport (night arrival), it is more convenient to take the airport limo bus to Hankyu Hotel, then take the taxi to New Otani.

A traditionally tatami experience, strategic location near Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi. Very friendly staffs, doing their best to assist. We seek help to send our baggages to our hotel in Tokyo when we leave for Takayama Autumn festival, they even gave us rebate due to more than one baggage sent. Very sincere and helpful!

The hotel is beautiful, fancy, very clean and the room was big and
comfortable. The staff was excellent, could speak English very well
and was always helpful. They have directions printed out to major
attractions and can explain every step of the trip very well. The
staff also gives good advice on where to go and what to do in Osaka.

We stayed three separate nights during our two week tour to Japan. First night in Japan, straight from Kensai Airport, it was the best choice for our fairly late arrival.
