Hotel Martino is located on the coast on the outskirts of Maratea, Italy. It is a great little budget hotel with amazing views of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Great location and close to restaurants for dinner. There is one attached to the hotel which makes it convenient but if you want something other than seafood you may have to find another place to eat. Breakfast was included and it was a great way to start the day. The town of Maratea is close by as well as other sites that are quite and beautiful. Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a spot a little off the beaten path.

We opened the shutters in our room to see a superb view of the famous
sassi of Matera. The staff at reception went out of their way to help us
check the details of the next leg of our journey and the friendliness we
received left us with just a desire to return soon. The hotel is
beautifully run combining professionalism with friendliness. -

Very hospitable hosts, very good accommodation across the street from their restaurant, where excellent breakfasts were served. It was a good experience to stay in the centre of Matera.

The location on the seafront was wonderful with excellent access to the beach and the garden around the swimmingpool was very pleasant.The food in the restaurant was very good as was the service.

Amazing cave room - absolutely HUGE! Believe this was the best room and it certainly had the wow factor and provided a unique experience. The location in the centre of Sassi is perfect. The amenities were excellent, we did not want for anything and outstanding views right in front of the Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our thanks especially go to Chiara and Cinzia.

Le B&B est très bien situé, à l'entrée du centre historique. Chambre et salle-de-bain spacieuses, confortables, très modernes et joliment décorées.

It was a lovely place - near to a nice beach and well located for exploring Maratea. Pool area was as beautiful as it looks in the pictures, if a bit cold! There was also a nice roof sun terrace where you could watch the sun go down!

This hotel was like staying in another world from centuries past. It was
amazing each room situated in what seemed was stone cliffsides. The view
from both windows looked out on the ancient city. All sites were within
walking distance. The manager spoke English and gave many ideas with
walking map to find them. You don't have to be interested in Italian
history to thoroughly enjoy this hotel. Breakfast was wonderful with all
fresh made local breads and fruits, cheese. The room was simple but we
