  We arrived early into Como hoping we could leave our luggage at the office to explore the region, thankfully and graciously we were able to go straight into our apartment which was much larger than antisipated.   La proximité du lac ,de la ville et de l'université ,nous allionsécouter une thèse ;très bon petit déjeuner juste à côté les chambressont spacieuses et très confortables ;très belle salle de bain;bonchauffage.très bel escalier;securite avec les digicodes - Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel qui propose des chambres pour 2 adultes + 2 enfants... ce que les gens disent » .   The location is good, we can see the Duomo from our room window. Cross the street is the markets where you can shop for many good stuff from food to clothes. The lake is just 5 min walk away. The room is comfortable. The wall is a bit thin but it seems to be pretty common in Italy. We were lucky that our neighbors are quiet at bed time. We shared a bathroom with others on our floor, 2 other rooms. We were referred to a restaurant close by that gave a discount for hotel guests. Excellent place, great food! Very close to town center and across the street from the Duomo in Como.

  Excellent service from the staff. We stayed at the annexe and the staff kindly helped us move our luggage. The residence was fully booked after two nights so we couldn't extend our stay there but the lady stored and looked after our luggage for a few days till we found something suitable. The apartment was beautiful inside, very artistic, contemporary and modern layout. Well - The room was a perfect size and the kitchenette was perfect for creating home cooked meals. It was in a central location, short walk to the lake and very close to the station. Very happy with our choice! The small apartment fit perfectly with the atmosphere of Italy and made you feel more involved with the city, especially being able to go to the supermarket and cooking your own Italian feasts!

  Hotel is fantastic. The managers take care of all the details and you feel like in a 4 star hotel without paying a 4 star price. As it is in the best part of Como it is a historic building but the room looked just new. The bathroom, the floor, everything seemed just to have gone through a refurbishment.
