  We were staying in Milan and decided last minute to visit Como so booked this place the night before driving out. We arrived too early to check in but the lady on reception was very pleasant and gave us some suggestions of what to do in the meantime. The hotel is new, nice, clean and very comfortable. the staff at the reception very helpful and nice, especially Elisabeth who knew that it was my birthday during my stay so she managed to surprise me by putting a beautiful gift on my bed. i simply loved the hotel.

  Francesco and Silvia were two of the most helpful, genuine and friendly people I have met! They helped with any onward travel queries I had, as well as helping with things to do around the Como area and gave lifts up or down the hill when ever I asked.   The hotel had large rooms, was very clean, and had good WiFi internet availability for free (I've come to realize this is not all that common in Italian hotels). There is also a very nice restaurant in the same building, with a nice garden view, good food, and wonderful service. The owner was wonderful.
