We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). This resort upon arrival treated my wife & I with the utmost
courtesy. I requested a room by the marina, but they are closed for
renovations. So the clerk upgraded us to a one bedroom suite that was

I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.

The rooms were large and clean. The bathroom was the largest we have ever seen. A balconny was an added plus. The breakfast was a delight, (jncluded). The staff were gracious.
