  I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.   The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!
