The quality of food -
Port Royal is a fantastic hotel located in the heart of basse-ville (lower town). Our room 105 had original stones and wood beams dating from 1700´s. BEd is very comfortable, room decór is sooting and chic (shantung curtains, ceiling painted in grey-brown). Bedroom has a built in kithchenette very convenient. Hotel bar is really cool too. I would totally recommend future guests to head to local Quebec boulangerie named Paillard centrally located in Rue St Jean in Haute-ville (5min walt). Their

When I first read the on-line guests reviews, I have to admitt that I was a bit worried to reach there. I was instead pleasantly surprised. Very modern lobby, clean and large room, bed very comfortable. We could hear a bit the noise from the Laurier Boulevard but it will stop during the night. Excellent value for money, especially if you're travelling with kids. Located just across the Quebec side of the Quebec bridge. The hotel is far from busy downtown life (10 mins. by car), but if you're travelling by car anyway, it's the perfect location. The rooms were big and well-kept. There's a nearby supermarket (MET

everyone was great, helpfull and ,friendly from the reception staff to the dining room staff, I can;t say enough about the room clean with all the amenities ,that we needed, the bed was comfortable, I was traveling with my sister ,the girls at the front desk ,assissed us with how best to see Quebec city ,where to get the bus, which was right across from the hotel ,also the food was great in the dining room

I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and
comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.

The first thing that I noticed was that the staff was very friendly to everyone. The rooms seemed very clean. The verandas looking over to the pool was fantastic. I highly recommend Ambassadeur Suites as a choice of stay. My daughter
and I stayed over March Break and had a fantastic time. All the staff
were very friendly and courteous and even went as far as to assist me
when asking about another hotel guest whom I met (Manhattan Steve) who I
never got to say good by to, would have been nice to stayed in touch

Though it is a bit off the center of Quebec, the hotel was excellent. We loved the design, the cleanness, the staff was very helpful, they had special lockers for our bikes, the bed was super comfortable and the linen crispy. Excellent shower and excellent WiFi connection -

What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!!
Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!!
