The staff was very friendly even though we checked in late after the ferry came in. The family room was excellent with bunk beds and a queen size bed. Staff was excellent and pleasant to work with. The location was very nice and close enough to food and shopping. I recommend this place and will stay on my next trip to Prince Rupert.

The staff was very friendly and accommadating. Teresa at the front desk was awsome she went out of her way to arrange our rooms so that we were all on the same floor. -
I thought that the hotel room that we were in was comfortable and roomy, the hotel itself was close to everything in town and easy to get to.

Rooms were well appointed, spotlessly clean, great TV and Wi-Fi. Toiletries were good, bathroom overall very clean with good towels and lots of hot water. The room I was in didn't have an ocean view but it was very spacious. Overall one of the best hotels for the money in the North West. For me a 4 star! -
