  Staff friendliness and helpful. We booked a fishing charter with Doug and Deb Emery and they recommended we stay with you. Allowed us to park out of the way in your parking lot while we were fishing.   Rooms were well appointed, spotlessly clean, great TV and Wi-Fi. Toiletries were good, bathroom overall very clean with good towels and lots of hot water. The room I was in didn't have an ocean view but it was very spacious. Overall one of the best hotels for the money in the North West.   The staff was very friendly even though we checked in late after the ferry came in. The family room was excellent with bunk beds and a queen size bed. Nice decor, great shower, super clean and very comfortable. The building lobby is very tidy, with a nice sitting area. There's a great garden outfront with some small tables to sit at. Teresa at the front desk was awsome she went out of her way to arrange our rooms so that we were all on the same floor. - I thought that the hotel room that we were in was comfortable and roomy, the hotel itself was close to everything in town and easy to get to.

  Le propriétaire (jeune Chinois Canadien) est venu me chercher au ferry à 22h30 et m'a raccompagné au ferry le lendemain matin à 6h00. Lui et sa femme (jeune Japonaise) sont charmants. Tout est bien organisé.
