Very charming an cozy house with the feeling of centurary. First time experience with B&B. Children loved it, so do my husband and me. The private breakfast served by Carolyn herself was wonderful. The moment we entered the dinning room, it is all wow ehhect. Fresh fleet, cande light, lovely fruit platter and many many more! It is the most beautiful house on the river road. You won't miss it! awesome. The bathroom (with jacuzzi tub!) was huge, the sunroom patio
was such a nice place to relax and read, and the king size bed was super
comfortable. David was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. The
location was also fantastic. The walk down to the Falls and other
attractions (casino, Clifton Hill, Skylon, etc) was less than 10
minutes. We parked our car on site, and walked everywhere. Definitely

My husband and I stayed here for two nights (July 13-15). It was as if we were staying with family and I mean that in a very good way. Emina and Ferid, the couple that owns this property were extremely friendly and great hosts. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing. my new husband is a tour guide in niagara falls and we have always loved this b&b, so naturally we picked it for our honeymoon. he always points the chestnut inn out to his tour clients and will now do so with personal knowledge of how beautiful it is. we were thoroughly satisfied and want to go back for our first anniversary, even though we live locally. it was like going to another period in time and we loved it.

Great welcome from Tom and Val, and very helpful tips for making the most of our trip. The most comfortable bed we had slept in over all 3 weeks of our holiday. A "proper" breakfast at last - on our last day in Canada! An oasis of tranquillity compared to "Vegas-on-the-Falls" down the road. Also nice to meet other guests and chat.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was brought to the room. It was yogurt, fresh fruit, and an assortment of breads. Lovely presentation and enough to save some for later. The house is away from the circus atmosphere that is on the hill near the falls which we loved. Also, we arrived quite early and we were able to park our car and walk to the falls until time to check in. It was a very nice location.

Everything! The house was built in 1805 so it had the character and workmanship of the period. The gardens were beautiful, fragrant and appealing. Me and my boyfriend stayed at Always Inn this past weekend and our experience was amazing! We arrived a bit early but John was still very accommodating and very friendly. He was very informative about the best things to do in Niagara Falls and helped to make our experience truly enjoyable.

We were greeted with a warm welcome from John and Christalla when we arrived. John was very informative about the local area and good places to eat and to see the firework show that night. It was a nice walk down to the Falls and it was nice to stay somewhere more personable and quaint than the big hotels. Breakfast was also lovely and Chris was very kind to drive us to catch our early morning bus to the airport. Thanks very much to John and Chris, we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in the Windsor room which was like walking into a luxurious hideaway! The room was absolutely perfect with a 4 poster bed, massive sitting area and a spa bath. What more could you want!

The Bedham B&B is in a great location, the room was clean and parking is free. We received plenty of towels and 2 robes. There is also a fireplace in every room. The host was wonderful and cooked an amazing breakfast. The dinning room has multiple tables. You do not have to dine with strangers. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
