Susan and Edwin were very welcoming.Homely atmosphere. Excellent breakfasts including homemade pancakes. Stayed in Domino Suite, as we are a family of five, very comfortable. Quiet location yet only short walk to centre of town and American Falls.Would stay again. -

Nous avons passé une nuit au Hilton pour aller visiter les chutes du Niagara et le personnel a su nous aider pour réserver notre visite ainsi que pour commander un taxi pour aller jusqu'à l'aéroport de Buffalo tôt le lendemain matin (ils ont appelé plusieurs compagnies de taxi pour que nous bénéficions du tarif le moins cher). L’hôtel se trouve en plein centre de la ville Niagara Falls a 5 minutes a pieds des chutes et en face de l'arrêt du bus "We Go", ce qui est très pratique. L'ensemble du personnel est très accueillant. Le dîner avec un buffet à volonté ainsi que le petit déjeuner proposent des plats excellents, que l'on ne trouvera pas en France pour les mêmes prix!

Falls view was exactly what you would want. Bruce was especially
sensitive to our handicapped sister's needs and upgraded our room.
The staff was helpful and gave us useful info and service. Facility was
clean, kept up well, and seemed to be well run. Location was perfect.

We had a really nice stay at this small family run B&B. To begin with, the B&B is about 15-20 walk to the main attractions and the neighbourhood seems quite safe. Loved the room it was clean and beautifully decorated. There was an kitchenette with free water, coffee creamer and juice a large fridge, microwave, spotless coffee maker. Stunning!! The room was of the highest quality and overlooked the falls which are truly exceptional, awe inspiring and mesmerizing.

Best hotel ever! It is worth the money even though there are many other options available within the city. Staff very friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my bills but the manager resolved it quickly! They've got their reputation. The view from 21st floor is amazing!! Can't get any better! I will definitely stay here if I ever go to Niagara fall for my next trip!! The location is perfect! Maybe the best in the city.

When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

awesome. The bathroom (with jacuzzi tub!) was huge, the sunroom patio
was such a nice place to relax and read, and the king size bed was super
comfortable. David was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. The
location was also fantastic. The walk down to the Falls and other
attractions (casino, Clifton Hill, Skylon, etc) was less than 10
minutes. We parked our car on site, and walked everywhere. Definitely
