  Annabel was super nice and friendly and very helpful. She has a delightful personality and looked after any question or request quickly and with a smile. ( even though I arrived travel weary and a bit cranky) The hotel was perfectly situated and had a very charming decor that put you in the mood for a French holiday.   All appliances were excellent. It was especially good to have a washer & dryer. Location was excellent in the old city within walking distance of sightseeing, shopping, supermarket & restaurants. The location was quiet and secure. Free Wi-Fi was great. - The Loft was fantastic. Everything was exceptionally clean, it offered a lot more space than any hotel room could provide, and the location was perfect. The Loft sits right on Rue St-Jean which is full of shops and restaurants. The street closes to autos in the evenings and weekend days which make it exciting. The location is also just a five to ten minute walk to everything within the walled city.

  We stayed at their other location off St-Jean St., We rented two one bedroom apartments (with flip-out futons in the living room) that were perfectly appointed, clean and comfortable. Loved the location as St-Jean St. is a quick walk to the Old City gates but less touristy than the Old City; it is lined with cafés, restaurants and unique boutique s... ce que les gens disent » hops (not the usual chain stores like in the Old City). The person who met us and gave us the keys also went over a map with us showing us where thing - Perfect location, in front of the Loews, by the huge park the Plains of Abraham (very dog friendly), on Grande Allée, just at the beginning of the festival d'été and the pedestrian street with dozens of restaurants. We can easily reach by foot the Chateau Frontenac and the rue St Jean. Parking is free so park your car and walk. The appartment on the 2nd level (1ere étage) of the adjacent house than the one in photo is a spacious 2-bedroom with well equipped kitchen. Manager is very friendly. - Location was perfect. The apartment was very nice, clean, temperately heated. Ramazan was helpful and patient, especially with my memory error about the price, and our late arrival. The apartment was perfectly appointed, and we had everything we needed for a wonderful time.
