  Annabel was super nice and friendly and very helpful. She has a delightful personality and looked after any question or request quickly and with a smile. The location was quiet and secure. Free Wi-Fi was great. - The Loft was fantastic. Everything was exceptionally clean, it offered a lot more space than any hotel room could provide, and the location was perfect. The Loft sits right on Rue St-Jean which is full of shops and restaurants. The street closes to autos in the evenings and weekend days which make it exciting. The location is also just a five to ten minute walk to everything within the walled city.
