  The Fairmont Palliser is an absolutley beautiful place in the heart of all things good in Calgary.Most of the fine hotels in this area can boast that feature alone. Where the Palliser shines is in their staff. All the positions in this hotel are filled with top notch people . Special thanks to Nichole at the front desk.   I was glad I was at the airport so there was no need to get up early to get a cab. I was thrilled that my luggage was taken right over to the Westjet desk for me. This was a real plus as I attended a course and had a lot of extra bags to move around. - The room was very nice, and had everything that I needed.   Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize. The first night was a BBQ, together with the hot breakfasts a definite must-stay for next year! The rooms were spacious and the beds were exquisite! Bravo to the friendly housekeepers, always courteous and smiling! - We appre... ce que les gens disent » ciated the cheerful, welcoming staff; the clean, comfortable room and last but not least - the wonderful breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room were amazing! Although we did not use the fitness facilities we did check them out and were very impressed. Will definitely make time to use them next visit.
