Teena and Al are great hosts and have a great romantic antique bedroom
(Rose Room) that we stayed in. The accomodations are lovely with a
private bath. Teena prepared a great breakfast and then we spent some
time in their wonderful garden, just outside our room. We also arrived
late and my gps did not work and Al guided us in and waited up for us.

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. The location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, there was a DVD player in our room, the kitchenette was well furnished. They even delivered a copy of the bill directly to our room for review, so we only needed to stop at the front desk for a minute. -

The staff were excellent, especially the young man on reception who checked us in. He was so helpful, courteous and good humoured. Nothing was too much trouble, he is an absolute credit to the company.
Our room was very comfortable and clean with everything you could want for a comfortable stay.
Shuttle service was excellent.
Restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
Breakfast was very good, many choices and plentiful.

We had a early morning flight and wanted to stay close to the airport.
We returned the rental car and picked up their shuttle which we also
took the morning of our flight. The staff was very helpful and the close
location to the airport worked out well. We had dinner at the restaurant
attached at the hotel which was very good. -

The staff were the most friendly and helpful I've seen in years. The lobby was gleaming it was so clean. The location was awesome for an out of province driver. The rooms were a nice size and very clean as well. We ate in the restaurant, breakfast buffet and it was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff and this hotel.

The friendly staff, the indoor water park big pool and particularily the
kids area! The fact that I let the hotel know that the sliding door
wouldn't open and it was fixed by the time I got back to the room!
The housekeeping staff were friendly. The morning buffet. The piggy bank
my daughter was given. Safety deposit boxes in the office.

The room was perfect, the service from the front desk was great - they called after we got to our room to make sure everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent! Absolutely nothing but good things to say about this hotel! -
This hotel is obviously catering to business clients and was perfect for a quiet night's sleep. Recommended.

Free Shuttle service to Airport
Being dealt by first come first served. The phone rang whilst I was at the desk where the phoning customer was placed on hold, whilst I was being served. I hate being queue jumped by a telephone call!!

The hotel was in the downtown of calgary... just few blocks and you will be in the shopping district...Also just steps to be in prince island... The area is quit at night...The wireless service was just lunched into the whole hotel... Starbucks is just downstairs.... The stuff are friendly ... I get an upgrade to dulex room free of charge... -

Having a Starbucks in the hotel is the main reason I stay. Good to have a decent coffee shop.
The Keg is also a nice dinner option to be linked to.

Wasn't to sure about the quality when I checked in. The lobby was dated, and looking old. When I got to my room it was quite a pleasant surprise!!! Close to Calgary airport this well run complex was a nice welcome to Canada. Our only meal there was a good quality breakfast. Large room was very comfortable. No noise from busy road.

Excellent reception staff, very helpful and efficient. Particular thanks for helping us with flight check-in. High quality linen, towels and furniture. Tea & coffee facilities in room. I love the dark tones of this hotel room and the large standing shower (no tub) with the "rain" style faucet was perfect. The staff were completely awesome, friendly and helpful. I hear they'll be starting some renovations sometime within the next year too and I would most definetly stay here again, with or without the reno's. Terrific experience!
