We booked a twin room and were given a set of bunk bed with a double at the bottom and a single at the top. The room was spacious and the location was ideal. The kitchen facilities provided are of a very good standard, however some guests were selfish and some food is stolen from the fridges. The club downstairs provides evening entertainment and affordable counter meals. Staff on reception and at tour booking desk were friendly and helpful. Guests also get discount on selected entry tickets fo.

A nice, clean, modern hostel. Bathrooms/showers were in good condition and clean. A great location close to central station, so it's easy to catch a train to the airport/blue mountains etc. Staff were really friendly too. Nice, friendly staff! Clean room which is always a relief. I was there on a Mon night; I think it's good to have a busy night early in the week, so more nights like that! The city walks are a good idea too!. It is right in the city, close to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, parks and Central Station. It's clean and the staffs are very professional. Also free city walk with free drink afterwards. Staff were wonderful, other guests made me feel welcome (even though I was a good 30 years older than average) - for such a busy place it was extremely quiet. Great value for money. We felt the toilet and shower facilities were of a similar standard and cleanliness than those of a swimming pool, which is not ideal for long stays. Would much prefer separate shower and toilet rooms. One toilet was out of use for the entire week, luckily it was not a problem as there are 3 others. The showers are not very powerful and were placed quite low on the wall(and could not be adjusted) which meant I had to straddle the wall to shower properly. Like most hostels, the walls are thin and you hear bedroom doors slamming constantly... just bring earplugs!. A bit expensive though. Bathrooms not clean Thin walls and noise. Some of the stalls in the bathroom had faulty locks. Plus the water doesn't heat up well. Lots of noise on Saturday night!. No swimming pool Wifi not free :-( Cinema room could be cosier and separate from kitchen area. There were no tips or suggestions for parking options. We ended up getting stung with parking, paying $52 for overnight parking (15 hours) That was a shame as we had no idea of any alternatives. nothing. Residu of vomit on the shower door. Bathrooms a bit dirty when wanted a shower after arriving 11:00pm. The fact that you couldn't get any fresh air in the room, it got pretty claustrophobic. Nothing to complain about. noise. Kitchen not so big for such a big hostel No real comfy & social common room to meet... the TV room has big screen and loud film/serie on it, not the best Private room too basic for the price, not even a chair in the room!. The toilet is smelling and only 2 cables in one room!. Cafe closed so no tea available on site. No free wifi, wifi couldnt be paid with credit card. no aircon. Very high price per night. Isn't that up , should have free wifi. have to pay for everything, a little over priced. The size of the twin bedroom and the huge price for this very small room. Restrooms and showers were not so clean. The noises of people calling outsides their rooms en slamming of doors. I could overhear every word they say. * For $99 the room was too small 9ft X 8ft with a bunk bed just fitting in the room. * It was extremely difficult for me to watch television without cricking my neck as the TV was fitted high up on the wall *No jug or coffee making facilities in the room. It's not so clean, and you have to pay for wifi. Very basic room facilities, No towels, Male showerroom covered in renovation dust. Decided to forgo the shower. Room size & They didn't record ur living days just keep annoying u with room service everyday.
