  Staff were very friendly. All children under 12 free using existing bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slow in responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and waived... ce que les gens disent » the parking fee. - The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

We loved the fact that the Apartments are so close to the all forms of public transport yet still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and supermarkets.   I thought it was good for a budget motel. The rooms were clean and on the whole well maintained. I have stayed in a number of hotels and motels and foun this one to be of a good standard. - Very good value for money compared to others in the area.
