EXCELLENT service from ALL reception staff. Clean. Easy access to trams, being location on St Kilda Road. Great cafe. Good shower (altho over bath) value for money -
Location idea for us as our conference was just round the corner!
Accessibility was great - plenty of tramp-carts to parts of the city

Staff were very friendly. All children under 12 free using existing
bedding, suitable for family with young kids on a budget but wanted to
have a proper accommodation. They mistakenly charged credit card upon
booking (supposed to charge upon arrival) and were a bit slow in
responding to complaints but we suspected they upgraded our room and
waived

The hotel is located just out of the CBD in a leafy location yet still within very easy reach of everything. Staff were very helpful, one of the receptionists very quickly provided us with accurate and detailed directions to our onward location, avoiding all toll roads. Another very quickly and efficiently resolved a minor air conditioning issue.

We had a fantastic stay at the St Kilda Quest. We loved the fact that the Apartments are so close to the all forms of public transport yet still close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and supermarkets.
When we had had enough sightseeing we would wander back to the apartment and just chill in the relaxing environment.

We loved the location, the layout, the comfy bed, the spacious unit, the air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom, the full size kitchen and fridge, the staff, the welcome, the car park, the co-operative staff when we needed to leave our car after checkout.

It's excellent, the people are so nice and generous. Since we are a couple coming for our honeymoon, the manager provided an upgraded room with a big belcony where we can see beautiful mountain view. In a word, it's a memorable experience, we really appreciate that. -

All staff from the cleaners right through to reception and the owners were always very friendly and eager to offer any advice on activities, places to go etc. The owners even gave my family free passes to the aquarium. when the 3 yr old had an accident on his bed the sheets were changed immediately without question by staff at no extra cost.

extremely convenient when visiting Melbourne with a vehicle - easy free parking for almost any size of vehicle - convenient to city and ferry terminal for Tasmania. Very comfortable and spacious self catering accommodation. Very modern units.

The location is great, very close to most of the shopping malls. The room is clean, with all necessary facilities. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, some of them are quite famous, which is amazing for a foodie like me. The staff in the hotel are really nice and helpful. They also allow customers to leave luggage for hrs after check

The staff were friendly and professional. The motel room was clean and a good size. The kitchen was small and compact and we were able to prepare and cook meals to save money. It was nice and quiet and the beds were firm but comfortable. We would have no hesitation in returning to that motel when we visit Melbourne again.

everything, there isnt anything to fault about this place!..I got upgraded to a 4bed from a 10bed cos they were super busy!..Its within walking distance to the main eating places in Acland Street etc.. tram stop in front of the hostel.

I thought it was good for a budget motel. The rooms were clean and on the whole well maintained. I have stayed in a number of hotels and motels and foun this one to be of a good standard. -
Very good value for money compared to others in the area. Clean, very comfortable bed and very quiet ( I had a room out the back.

Great location within walking distance to Rod Laver Arena. Easy to grab a taxi along Jolimont Rd and only a 10 min walk into the city. Lovely facilities, basic but comfortable. Train close by but we could barely hear it unless the windows were open. Great breakfast. -

Had all the facilities needed for a comfortable overnight stay. Close to main shopping and not far from beach. Friendly, helpful staff. -
our room was nice and clean and loved haveing some where to cook and not haveing to share a kitchen with everyone at the park.

We stayed in a cabin overlooking the lake.
Excellent cleanliness and presentation of park and well equipped cabin.
The owners are very proud of their park and have every right to feel so.
The park is comfortable and well equipped. The layout is structured without being regimented formality.A place to enjoy and relax.

The park is in a wonderful location in the lovely valley at Halls Gap and surrounded by The Grampians which we could view from our villa. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa.
