The rooms were great size, clean and very comfortable. We were very impressed by the staff, they were friendly and made us feel welcome. They were also helpful in seeking information about road blocks, booking another room for the night and made us feel at ease when we could not get home due to the fires. It was fresh and clean beautiful colour scheme in bedrooms. The housekeeping was superb The staff were obliging and very very friendly......Products in bathroom were eco friendly and of good quality. Loved every moment......Room service was quick and friendly.... -

The staff were fantastic. We had to leave luggage as we arrived early. This included a large box not heavy but cumbersome. When we returned at check in time we received a bottle of wine and help with our belongings to the 41st floor with fantastic views. Spacious apartments with all amenities. Not too far from shopping in Bourke St Mall. -

I was a bit afraid by reading some of the previous reviews talking about old and chilling rooms, but the cottage we had was very cosy and comfy, with a lovely fireplace and some electric blankets so we were very good.
