the staff were great and very accomodating. It is quiet and away from the road noise did not try the swimming pool but I like the fact it is enclosed and will try it next time and stay longer than overnight like he free wifi. Fantastic people, didn't arrive till late so the receptionist left the key under the door matt and the heater on for our arrival. Room was excellent and the beds comfortable.
tous commentaires » We were greeted by the owner, he was very friendly. Unit was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast which was nice and we would stay again and reccommend to others. The room was clean and in a quiet setting. For budget and a quick stop over it was fine.No time to tour the district this visit. we have stayed here some years ago. Reception was wellcoming, efficient and got an upgrade athough we already had a bargain! Gave good advice Breakfast at short notice was quick and great. We enjoyed our one night stay, the bed was comfortable and we never had a problem with traffic noise even though the motel is on the main highway. Staff very friendly.Stayed on our way to Adelaide because it was so clean decided to stay again on return trip. Beverley Melbourne. The lady that checked us in (I didn't get her name) was so friendly and helpful and upgraded our room because we had a baby. Friendly and helpful managers. Thank you very much for the late check-out. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. easy to find, good stopover point of location, clean, good shower pressure, bed fine friendly staff. Just a really nice property to stay at very good value from all aspects with great staff and meals. Good mattresses, Bathroom in Rm 19 was clean. I liked the oldfashioned blue handbasin. Appreciated voucher from RSL in town. standard motel accommodation after "upgrade" because booked room was cheap and nasty. I booked online and received instinct response to my request for accommodation. Sufficiently clean and comfortable. The room was very clean. Good night sleep and hot shower in the morning to keep on travelling. No dislikes. the hairdryer didn't work neither did the over sink light in the bathroom. All very good, abosolutely no issues. Exit door upstairs near Rm 19 could have an easier lock for when yo9u are moving luggage in or out. also put a flat vertical surface between steps to enable wheel on luggage to move up or down smoothly. very loud and difficult to use air conditioner/heater system. No comments. the indoor pool needs a longer ladder as its very difficult to get out of. None. lack of sound proofing between rooms. The hot water system outside our room was noisy. Being waken up on the first night by the radio making noises. Carpet in unit could do with updating. It was quite stained. Decor is dated. Would benefit from an update of bed covers and carpet. We would have liked to make own toast etc.for breakfast but no cutlery, plates etc to do so. When we found our room, it was dirty and had not been serviced. We asked for a double room but it accommodated five. It was in an area which was run down and shabby, but when we were changed to a better room it was fine. Well, next door to me another traveller snored (like a grizzy bear) all night. It was so loud I tried to put a pillow over my head to cut out the noise but it didn't work. A bad night!. Wanted 2 beds and one was small single and the other double which resulted in one person not sleeping at all well. Restaurant on-site was too expensive. Would not stay there again. The bed needs replacing the side my husband slept on was very poor and he could have rolled out easily. Firmer with sides that do not give way would have given him a better nights sleep. didn'T loike fact the restaurant wasn'T open on queens birthday. Dirty linen old tissues in clean towels.
