I especially liked the extra large size of the room. I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. The small smoking balcony was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. It was probably the best place I've enjoy

The proximity of the hotel in relation to the town centre and so on. I
enjoyed the stay and the friendly nature of every single member of staff
I met regardless of job title. Everything was clean, tidy and inviting
and comfortable. I had the best nights sleep there I have had in a long
long time. Very relaxed.

We had a great stay, and were even upgraded for the two nights we were there, to the newer side - which had a great balcony right across the road from the bay, nice big room, really pleasant stay. The hotel is a hotspot in town, and the restaurant is very nice, right on the water (as is the hotel). The staff helped us make plans for tours, etc., a

We were given one of the newly redecorated rooms in the old part of the hotel and it was lovely. A beautiful view from the verandah and all the furnishings fresh and comfortable. With breakfast included we got a really good deal.

Spacious, comfortable room, spa bath with big towels, private and quiet location, good restaurant, comfortable bed. All made our stay a most enjoyable one, and we would have stayed longer than the three days if we could. Staff were lovely. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Enough pillows & towels. Toilet paper was decent. Bench space was excellent. It was quiet. The shower was AMAZING, I couldve stayed in there all day it was like having a massage. Wed definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Everything! This is our third stay at Granada, and I can't see why
we would go elsewhere. On this occasion, we arrivedat 3am (due to an
unforeseen delay), but were greeted within seconds by a friendly,

- Check in was very personal & welcoming.
- The free wifi was a bonus.
- Great location. Bus stop two minute walk South & a direct route to city.
- Burnside Shopping Centre was a 10 minutes walk north (or less than 4 min bus ride). Has SA`s only ZARA store.
- Nice bakery & several restaurants directly opposite motel.
- Fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. The onsite Laundry was inexpensive & easy to operate

The quality of the new units (no 61) was excellent. the quality of food in the restaurant (dinner) was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Small problem with a mix up in the Eye fillet steaks not being cooked as per the order (which was confirmed as correct) resulting in two of four people having to wait longer and eat their meal after the

The staff were friendly and helpful. The complex is well situation to the Clare township and wineries. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, the bathroom spa and the excellent dinner where I experienced my first wagyu steak which was absolutely superb. Thanks Steve and staff for making our short stay such a memorable one!

Comfortable, clean, friendly hotel. The reception staff, restaurant staff and the cleaners were helpful and happy. The breakfast which was included was excellent. The evening meals in the hotel were good though a little expensive. The hotel is near the parks..so a walk into the central of Adelaide, but we knew that and chose that position. Value

I always stay at Jacksons in Adelaide. Its location just at the end of the freeway is very convenient for visitors driving in from Sydney or Melbourne or leaving for those places. The staff were excellent. My husband received a business call that required a fax and the staff were more than obliging. For the money we paid the room was clean and had all we needed. We would happily recommend Jacksons for those on a budget.

Jenni at the front desk and also her colleagues were friendly and helpful when it came to assistance with travelling to the Barossa Valley/ visiting Harbourtown Shopping and Glenelg. Each hotel room had cutlery, and crockery (not usually available), ironing board and iron. It was quiet as requested. Frequent and convenient trams. -
