  I especially liked the extra large size of the room. I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. The small smoking balcony was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. It was probably the best place I've enjoy... wat mensen zeggen » ed out of my last dozen or so trips. Thank you. - The proximity of the hotel in relation to the town centre and so on. I enjoyed the stay and the friendly nature of every single member of staff I met regardless of job title. Everything was clean, tidy and inviting and comfortable. I had the best nights sleep there I have had in a long long time. Very relaxed.

  We had a great stay, and were even upgraded for the two nights we were there, to the newer side - which had a great balcony right across the road from the bay, nice big room, really pleasant stay. The hotel is a hotspot in town, and the restaurant is very nice, right on the water (as is the hotel). The staff helped us make plans for tours, etc., a... wat mensen zeggen » nd we bothered them quite a bit :) but they were all very friendly! - We were given one of the newly redecorated rooms in the old part of the hotel and it was lovely. A beautiful view from the verandah and all the furnishings fresh and comfortable. With breakfast included we got a really good deal.

All made our stay a most enjoyable one, and we would have stayed longer than the three days if we could. Beds were comfy. Enough pillows & towels. Toilet paper was decent. Bench space was excellent. It was quiet. The shower was AMAZING, I couldve stayed in there all day it was like having a massage.   The lovely lady who showed me such kindness and care over the death of my sister. I wish I knew her name...I think she was the owner. - The gentleman who served us was very pleasant and friendly. Spacious rooms were also a plus.

  Proper, mooie kamer, ruim,... We kregen een upgrade omdat we op onze huwelijksreis waren, dit kregen we in veel hotels niet. Na de eerste nacht trokken we op tweedaagse naar Kangaroo Island, maar aangezien er een Christmas parade was, kon de bus ons niet komen ophalen aan het hotel. Het hotelpersoneel heeft heel veel moeite gedaan om alles in ord... wat mensen zeggen » e te krijgen voor ons. - The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Room very clean. Bathroom modern, clean and good size and loved the shampoos etc. Were of a good quality unlike a lot of places. Great 24hour room service menu. - The staff was very helpful. A main desk member named Ben was so helpful above what was required. His service alone gave your accommodation an A1 rating . The staff in the dining room were great as well.

  Everything! This is our third stay at Granada, and I can't see why we would go elsewhere. On this occasion, we arrivedat 3am (due to an unforeseen delay), but were greeted within seconds by a friendly, cheerful staff member who made us feel right at home and even came outside in the rain to help us find a parking spot right outside our room.   The quality of the new units (no 61) was excellent. the quality of food in the restaurant (dinner) was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small problem with a mix up in the Eye fillet steaks not being cooked as per the order (which was confirmed as correct) resulting in two of four people having to wait longer and eat their meal after the... wat mensen zeggen » other couple had finished. This aspect was very unsatisfactory but the quality of the meals served (albeit late) was still excellent - The staff were friendly and helpful. The complex is well situation to the Clare township and wineries. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, the bathroom spa and the excellent dinner where I experienced my first wagyu steak which was absolutely superb. Thanks Steve and staff for making our short stay such a memorable one!

  Comfortable, clean, friendly hotel. The reception staff, restaurant staff and the cleaners were helpful and happy. The breakfast which was included was excellent. The evening meals in the hotel were good though a little expensive. The hotel is near the parks..so a walk into the central of Adelaide, but we knew that and chose that position. Value ... wat mensen zeggen » for money. - The staff were fantastic. We were travelling with our 11 month old and they were very helpful and understanding. The restaurant was great for value. we booked a spa and it was well worth the money. The room was huge and so peaceful. Highly reccommended to anyone.

  I always stay at Jacksons in Adelaide. Its location just at the end of the freeway is very convenient for visitors driving in from Sydney or Melbourne or leaving for those places. The rooms are quite big and clean, while not luxurious. There are a number of restaurants and supermarkets located within a block in Glen Osmond Road and there are basi... wat mensen zeggen » c food preparation items in the rooms. Except in peak hours, driving to other locations in Adelaide is quick and easy. - The staff were excellent. My husband received a business call that required a fax and the staff were more than obliging. For the money we paid the room was clean and had all we needed. We would happily recommend Jacksons for those on a budget.
