  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  This place was paradise! Thank-you to Karen and Ian for being such gracious hosts. Our apt was unbelievably fantastic and we were speechless upon seeing it for the first time! The design and location were exquisite. Very difficult to leave and hope to return for a much longer stay soon. - The owners Karen and Ian where extremely helpful and professional especially in organising our trips to the reef etc nothing was too much trouble. I was very impressed with standard of accomodation we had two bedroom apartment with a mountain view which was excellent. The location was ideal 50 yards from a beautiful beach but conveniant for all the trips associated with Cairns and the surrounding district. Had a superb time.

  The swim-out apartment was spacious and clean. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry equipments were in good condition. A spacious apartment, very clean. Great help from the staff. We booked a swim out apartment which was well worth the extra money. Highly recommended.

  Well done to this Resort. The staff are fantastic, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Have stayed at alot of Resorts over the years and would have to say that it was spotless and there was a want for nothing at this Resort. This Resort should be rated at 5 Star.   2X Bedroom Apartment was lovely. Really nice inside, bedroom/bathrooms modern. Swimming pool was nice with jacuzzi also. Location was good enough, not directly on the beach but close to everything. Enjoyed our stay there and would stay again - The room was really nice. The furniture and style was modern and stylish.   The Outrigger Apartments were very well located for both the town of Port Douglas and the beach. The living area in our two bedroomed apartment was spacious and well equipped and the apartment itself was all that we needed for our stay. The Owner /Managers were very helpful and welcoming.   better than i expected, and so close .... nice and roomy with everything you need. well priced. i really enjoyed my say though . I will stay there again :) - The staff could not have been more helpful. Any request was actioned immediately in a very friendly manner. I was impressed with the attitude of staff.
