  The room, location and view were fantastic. When we arrived, we were 1 1/2hrs early for check in. We had two very small and very tired children with us, after a long trip. the service was fanatstic, eventhough our room was not ready they went out of their way to find us a room on another floor that was clean. Within 15 minutes we were on the 27th ... wat mensen zeggen » floor with ocean views, and two sleeping comfortable little boys, we cannot thank you enough. - Loved 3 things about Hilton - location, location & location - perfect, in the heart of Surfers Paradise, walking distance to everything one needs. Excellent facilities and perfect for a nice family break. The 2 bed apartments are perfect for a family - pretty good size, well stocked up with all one may need. Service was great - very friendly staff and I'll surely be going back there.

  This place was paradise! Thank-you to Karen and Ian for being such gracious hosts. Our apt was unbelievably fantastic and we were speechless upon seeing it for the first time! The design and location were exquisite. The location perfect for relaxing or day trips.It was so nice to relax at our place- cook for ourselves and eat on the balcony overlo... wat mensen zeggen » oking the sea! Very difficult to leave and hope to return for a much longer stay soon. - The owners Karen and Ian where extremely helpful and professional especially in organising our trips to the reef etc nothing was too much trouble. I was very impressed with standard of accomodation we had two bedroom apartment with a mountain view which was excellent. The location was ideal 50 yards from a beautiful beach but conveniant for all the trips associated with Cairns and the surrounding district. Had a superb time.

Pool area was also lovely. Washing facility was a real bonus. - Middle of the center of Port Douglas.   The swim-out apartment was spacious and clean. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and laundry equipments were in good condition. Craig, one of the reception staffs there, was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us many information about the day trips to Daintree rain forest and the ship cruise to the Great Barrier Reef, etc. The Apartment is quite q... wat mensen zeggen » uiet as it is located near the end of the Esplanade away from the restaurants and pubs, but still it's just ~10-15min walk to the city centre - Excellent place to stay in Cairns. 10-15 minutes walk into the town centre. A spacious apartment, very clean. Great help from the staff. We booked a swim out apartment which was well worth the extra money. Highly recommended.

  Well done to this Resort. The staff are fantastic, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Have stayed at alot of Resorts over the years and would have to say that it was spotless and there was a want for nothing at this Resort. This Resort should be rated at 5 Star.   The Outrigger Apartments were very well located for both the town of Port Douglas and the beach. The living area in our two bedroomed apartment was spacious and well equipped and the apartment itself was all that we needed for our stay. The Owner /Managers were very helpful and welcoming.
