Friendly and efficient staff. My late check-in from the airport was pleasantly and conveniently organised for entry and key pick-up!
We were also walked through by Joanne after we arrived for our second stay to be shown easier access from outdoors to lower ground. Rooms were good and clean with coffee/tea facilities which provided our good start

The lady on reception was friendly and welcoming and we appreciated her knowledgeable of the area. The lodge has a lovely character, was very clean, up to date in design and comfortable. Its also central to the uni, a lively pocket of wonderful little restaurants and general shopping.

The staff were wonderful, very nice and helpful and the location is ideal being close to Central Station and all forms of public transport to get around easily. We also found that the guests there were great too, they all seemed to be really nice and friendly people. All up a really good place place to stay and would definitely book with them again. :)

Good location. We were not using the children's hospital or the uni which were directly across the road, however the location was fantastic for good cafés and restaurants! If you did need to visit either the hospital or uni this location would be absolutely ideal. A short 5 min walk to some of the best restaurants in Sydney! Room was very clean an

conference at UNSW so very
convenient as only a 5 minute walk. There was a shopping centre 10 mins walk away and Coggee beach 30 mins walk or 10 mins by bus. The cost was good value.

The room which was on the ground floor was large and comfortable and opened up to the court yard outside. The furniture was tasteful and especially suited this beautiful old building. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially as my Aunt, Kath Venn is elderly

We have stayed at Coogee Bay Hotel before and loved it. This time we stayed at the Pub Style accom and our room was upgraded(thanks Coogee Bay) but it was very noisy compared to the Boutique Style where we were before. We love staying there, as the beach is so close we just walk across the road, everything is very handy to get to.The food is great

Good location if you're happy to walk a little bit or take public transport. Welcoming feel and a more social environment, especially in comparison to hotels. Clean, well decorated with friendly, professional, efficient staff. Really enjoyed staying in a less commercial facility in the city.
