  The Outrigger Apartments were very well located for both the town of Port Douglas and the beach. The living area in our two bedroomed apartment was spacious and well equipped and the apartment itself was all that we needed for our stay. The Owner /Managers were very helpful and welcoming.   Clean, comfortable, large accommodation, it was great to unpack and cook your own meals if you want to. A nice easy pretty walk into town, bikes available for free use. The owners were just the friendliest, loveliest people we have met, maybe because they are New Zealanders!! - The owner Jim was very obliging and helpful.   The owners were truly wonderful, helping us with bookings and ideas of activities. They posted the weather forecast every day, and had free wi-fi by the office. The apartment was large and comfortable, and everything worked well. Location was great, cross the street and within a block you are on the main promenade one direction or 4 mile beach ... ce que les gens disent » the other way. - The owner was very pleasant and when we arrived allowed us to choose between two apartments available. The two bedroom apartment we chose was very comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. and the washer and dryer were an added plus. We would definitely return to Marina Terraces if ever in Port Douglas again.
