Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. Property has a pool on top level, which we hope to use next visit.......excel

I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

We spend a couple of nights there, and honestly it was just an amazing time! The staff is really friendly and really helpful. The accommodation is really nice, with terrace, a nice tv plasma, a little kitchen, and a nice bathroom ( an really clean!)! Everything for a great price ! I was happy with the service and our room, only one thing stops it from being perfect and that's the parking, other then that I enjoyed mt stay and reccomend it to my friends and family nice place city palms keep it up.

The location was excellent. Easy walk to ferry and not far from city. Access using a car was very easy and very easy to get to the airport from there.
The double glazing worked very well and kept the noise from the busy road out front to a very low level, we slept well! -

Right from the start when I spoke to Noelene on the phone I knew we would be happy with our accommodation. The rooms were clean and a good size, the location handy for shops/restaurants and transport (trains and river-cat). There was a generous amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent provided which is rare! The beds comfortable, the linen good quality with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We had a lovely view of the Brisbane city skyline from our balcony. The location is quiet and perfect for families. I'd go again.

We love this house! Yes, it is much more like a house than a hotel. There is no reception, the code is provided to open your room, just like returning home. It surprised us when we entered the room. Its the second time I've stayed there, due to its proximity to Princess Alexandra hospital.Its very clean, functional and within metres of a bus stop and easy walking distance to a train station, for quick access to the city. Across the road is a shopping centre. -

As a family, it is difficult to find reasonable priced accommodation, we travelled from Hervey Bay to stay overnight. The staff couldn't do enough for you very helpful, I unfortunately had a gout attack half way thru my stay they did absolutely everything they could to help, stayed their 5 years ago and heaps of improvements, new a/c new sound reducing windows.
