New, fully featured apt with washing machine and dryer. Great
location close to South Brisbane rail station with direct line to
airport. 10 minute walk to centre of Brisbane and 5 min walk from
southbank and cultural centre where there are numerous great
restaurants. 15 minute easy walk to Suncorp stadium. Friendly helpful
staff. Breakfast at the recommended street cafe was vast and best
value I had in whole 3 week trip. Although this isn't in centre
of Brisbane it is ideally located.

I have stayed in 4and 5 star hotels which would not rate as well as South Central. Design, decor and layout were excellent. A bonus also is the rooftop pool. The location, very clean spacious apartment, even next to the railway it was quiet. Great balcony to sit and watch the world go by We were able to relax and walk to all the local cafes and resturants, the staff were very friendly. would book again when we go to Brisbane, would recommend this complex to anybody.

Firstly as I was travelling with a friend - it was far more comfortable for us to have an apartment with a bedroom/bathroom each and enjoy the larger lounge area together and cook if we wanted to in our kitchen. Deceiving at first as the door to my room was off one of the carpark
levels (I was only on level 2). But open the door to a wonderful
surprise - a huge long apartment with good bed, full size dining table,
full size fridge, oven, cooktop, smallish lounge area with decent size
tv and a large outdoor patio area with dining set and sliding doors to
block out the nearby traffic.

This motel was amazing from the great service to the fantastic view of the Brisbane river.It was close to everything.The room was beautiful spacious and very clean.The staff checked us in early as my boys where very tired after travelling all night.I cant wait to visit Brisbane to stay at the Park Regis again.Thankyou. -

I liked the closeness to the city, the restaurants and cafes.
I loved my room. The facilities were tremendous for the size of the room. Kitchenette, wardrobe, microwave etc etc. The bathroom was perfect. The staff were helpful. Check in and early leaving was easily arranged. The room was very clean. I would recommend this hotel. -

great. We didn't go to hide in the room, just sleep there at night.

Location is very good, close to South Bank and City centre but in a quiet area. Apartment was clean, well equipped and with free wi-fi we could find and book what we wanted in Brisbane ( including the internet booking of city cycles that can then be taken from the cycle stand at the park, across the road .) the ashtrays on the balcony and that the staff didn't play shame-the-
smoker. I only spoke to the gentleman at the desk, but can't
remember his name - sorry! But thanks for a lovely albeit short stay.
I also liked the parking and that we weren't charged an arm and a
leg for it.

Mantra had entered the wrong dates into my booking. When I contacted them (after my stay) with the error, they immediately refunded the difference that I'd had to pay for the upgraded room. They were very friendly and helpful in correcting their error. -

Fantastic large apartment, clean etc, excellent modern kitchen,great beds, comfy lounge furniture, amazing views with floor ceiling windows, quiet rooms, good gym and swimming pool that saw the sun. Absolutely perfect. Will book again and cannot see why it was not rated 10!
