Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have
directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos
you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a
tradesman and then it was easy going. Can be a bit stressful for country
people who don't know melb. -

Perfect location to access the city for shopping, entertainment ,
sightseeing etc. Circle tram is great as it takes you close to nearly
any point of the cbd that you need/want to visit. Harbour town for
shopping and food, as well as the restaurants. Late check in was easy
with the pin number drop box for our keys. Staff were great. -

Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment.

The staff were superb. Everyone, from the people on the desk to the cleaning staff to the people in the restaurant at breakfast time were polite, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome without being 'in your face'. The breakfasts were very impressive with a great choice of fresh, delicious food and coffee made to order. The fresh fruit platter was an unexpected, very appreciated highlight on arrival. Location was great for the things we were attending. Staff were extremely helpful with regards to travel.
The gentleman on reception when we arrived (very late because of flight delays), was more than willing to advise us of which trams to catch and other information. Very quick checkin which helped because we had to be at a show within 30

We pretty much got exactly what was advertised. It wasn't much, but it was clean, comfortable and an enjoyable relief to come back to after spending the daytime being a tourist. The bar/cafe/bistro/whatever is 'okay' but with far more exciting places all around you'd be mad not to head outside anyway and I don't think any

Hot shower with good pressure.
Friendly, helpful staff on reception.
I am very impressed by the attitude and immediate response of staff on reception following the disturbance during early hours on Monday 14th November by workmen cleaning a grease trap.
I am very grateful for their acknowledgment and appreciation of the inconvenience.
