Nothing was too much trouble for your staff. We arrived earlier than check in so our luggage was stored for us & taken up to our room ready for us when we returned. The porters stored the luggage at check out willingly & when I asked to fetch something out of my bag which they had already taken to the storage room the were very happy to go

I have stayed at this hotel on 4 other occasions and this visit by far
was the best experience. The rooms were luxurious, spacious and very
comfortable, hardly heard any noise, a great bonus, staff we met were
extremely helpful and very friendly, even the young man who fixed our
tv, very prompt and he knew what he was doing! Would definitely re-book
again, thank you for a great stay :)

directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos
you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a
tradesman and then it was easy going. Can be a bit stressful for country

Perfect location to access the city for shopping, entertainment ,
sightseeing etc. Circle tram is great as it takes you close to nearly
any point of the cbd that you need/want to visit. Harbour town for
shopping and food, as well as the restaurants. Late check in was easy
with the pin number drop box for our keys. Staff were great. -

De lokatie was uitstekend, naast OV, praktisch naast conference center en leuke bezienswaardigheden. De kamer was wat klein, maar wel schoon, comfortabel en niet gehorig. - It's convienent location and lovely customer service - It was close to everything, so convenient and the staff were helpful when we asked for directions and some silly quesitons

The friendly greeting from the receptionist when you enter the hotel sets the tone of the place. Registration is quick and easy and you get directed to your room. Everyone, from the people on the desk to the cleaning staff to the people in the restaurant at breakfast time were polite, helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome without being 'in your face'. The breakfasts were very impressive with a great choice of fresh, delicious food and coffee made to order. The fresh fruit platter was an unexpected, very appreciated highlight on arrival. The gentleman on reception when we arrived (very late because of flight delays), was more than willing to advise us of which trams to catch and other information. Very quick checkin which helped because we had to be at a show within 30
