Very friendly staff, and good family atmospher in the resort. the whole house is big, and the large living room impressed me. And you can use all the stuff in kitchen to cook by yourself if you love cooking. -

Coming from a Hotel Management background, I know what it means to make
people feel at home- I felt that everything was easy and effortless- by
this I mean that everything was seamless, and the staff all gave the
genuine impression that it was truly a pleasure to work there and look
after the guests. Nothing was a problem- everyone was exceptional

Sunday -
Our apartment with full kitchen, laundry and enormous bath was perfect for our family. It immediately felt homely with the bonus of comforts and amenities of a top class resort. The rainforest boardwalk was a joy to explore and the hotel was a convenient 5 minute drive to the town centre, or a 10 minute stroll to Tallow Beach. Complementary morning yoga on the verandah was also a lovely way to start the day. The staff were a stand-out; consistently pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

The décor was tasteful, the apartment was clean, quiet and well-equipped and the location was great. There was a nice garden view from our apartment and the pool was lovely for the kids and it was a short walk to beach, restaurants and shops. -

The Beach House was incredible, the bed was so comfy, room was so spacious, amenitites were beautiful. The location of the property was excellent right across from the beach but also secluded and in a very natural setting. -
