  Great location in a beautiful part of Australia. The Brewery is excellent and the Pale Lager liquid Gold!!! :o)) - The real wild life in the backyard is amazing. The hostel has everything, even diferent cheap meals!

  They rang us up and gave us a free upgrade , gave us free entry to club and friendly staff I will definetley be going back!!!! Thanks Byron bay yha x - best hostel we stayed in so far, clean and new facilities, pool, close to beach and town ctr, friendly and helpful staff

  I arrived very late in the evening maybe 11pm and could not find any hostel open, i tried calling the '24 hour' receptions of other hostels nearby but no one answered. i found the cape byron yha in an awesome spot and it looked open so i walked in and was welcomed by a lady who happened to still be working late, she organised my room no problem. Stones throw from the beach and 2 min wal - the location was fantastic as well as the price for a bed! happy was very comfortable.

  Honestly, this is the cleanest backpacker i've even seen. Nice athmosphere, respectful chilled out guests, helpful staff, free surfboards and bicycle rental, located right on the main street. I'd deffo recommend it to anyone staying in Byron Bay - it was handy to where i was visiting my friends in byron bay . a easy walk to the beach and downtown... ce que les gens disent » central .
