  We loved our room, a 2 bedroom. It had lots of space with a big shag rug in the lounge area. Very tastefully decorated. Great kitchen area if you wanted to cook. All the essentials. Loved the river view from our room. Great walking track very close by. Ballina has a great pizza place that delivers. A fantastic place to stay. We would stay again when we return to Ballina. Peter and Dinah are a lovely couple and very helpful. Thank you again for making our time very enjoyable.

  Peaceful setene environment. Lovely environment. Lots of birds. Close to many restaurants. A beautiful place to walk around, have a swim in lake or sea. Always enjoy our yearly stay at the Lakeside. - It was lovely and quiet and so relaxing with amazing views.

  We liked the location, the friendly welcome and attitude of the staff we met. The rooms were comfortable, and all things necessary were provided for a good, quiet and comfortable stay. We were there for two nights and would have been happy to stay longer. We enjoyed our stay. - Very friendly and hospitable staff, who made me feel very welcome. Rooms are basic but comfortable and clean.   The manager was friendly, I was attending daughters wedding at Byron bay, Michael prepared he room for us by 11 am so we could unpack fresh up soon after 11am. The wedding started at 2pm. That was no trouble at all. - friendly owners, allowed us to check-in earlier so that we could attend a wedding. Would stay there again.
