great room, and very friendly staff -especially as letsbookhotel.com stuffed up the booking. Staff at the oaks were technically fully booked but found us a terrific 9th floor apartment with great views for our entire 5 day stay (and serviced daily.

Everthing went smoothly the room was quiet and comfortable for us both. Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath.
Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks

The hotel is centrally located which made it easy to walk to Rundle Mall to do some shopping and sightseeing.

I especially liked the extra large size of the room. I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. The proximity of the hotel in relation to the town centre and so on. I
enjoyed the stay and the friendly nature of every single member of staff
I met regardless of job title. Everything was clean, tidy and inviting
and comfortable. I had the best nights sleep there I have had in a long

Everything. The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. The amazing service provided by the staff. I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with one bed. Without any hesitation, the staff gave us a new room which was facing the beach. I also liked the security. Our room card stopped working so my husband went down to get a new one but the lady refused as it wasn't his name on the room. S

Great reception at the door by the valet who organized the car and
complimentary park for our anniversary. Restaurant service was slow but
staff did all they could with short numbers - meal was worth the
waiting. Room was comfortable and spacious. I did complete your room

The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

Great rooms, very spacious. Having a full kitchen and washing machine
was great when travelling with a toddler. Our package stated not
serviced due to the cheap price, but our room was serviced every day
anyway - nice surprise. The hotel is central to everything - we left
the car in the carpark and walked to the zoo and around the city on
several days.

Centrally located, close to all transport and shopping, with exceptional
view over the city from room 1402. Reception staff at desk downstairs
excellent - full of helpful advice, and went the extra mile for us on
numerous occasions. Room was modern and very comfortably furnished.
Dipti met us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable.
