great room, and very friendly staff -especially as letsbookhotel.com stuffed up the booking. Staff at the oaks were technically fully booked but found us a terrific 9th floor apartment with great views for our entire 5 day stay (and serviced daily.

Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath.
Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks

Large clean rooms with good facilities. We had booked a few different room types as friends were joining us and the staff were very helpful and organised our multiple bookings efficiently. Seaview rooms are particularly good as they are quieter than the garden view rooms and are worth the extra cost. If we came back to Adelaide we'd definitely stay here again

We had a great comfortable room with a view over the parklands. Fantastic breakfast and great pool for relaxing,well maintained.
The hotel is centrally located which made it easy to walk to Rundle Mall to do some shopping and sightseeing.

Friendly helpful staff all round - very clean. 1 bed apartment - comfortable and quiet. Big bathroom, quality bed and 2 tv's! Rm 505 all good. Pancake house 50m away, backpackers next door didn't bother us. Close to everything. We recommend staying here :) ..lovely meals at Kowloon restaurant, china town and the Stag on the end of Rundle.

I especially liked the extra large size of the room. I liked having the mini-bar and snacks in the room, even though I only bought a couple of items, also all the little extras in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything. The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. We really felt that each of the them was committed to ensure that our stay was exceptional. It was!

The amazing service provided by the staff. I booked a room with 2 double beds but was given a room with one bed. Without any hesitation, the staff gave us a new room which was facing the beach. I also liked the security. Our room card stopped working so my husband went down to get a new one but the lady refused as it wasn't his name on the room. S

complimentary park for our anniversary. Restaurant service was slow but
staff did all they could with short numbers - meal was worth the

The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

I stayed down the road for the first two nights in a very inferior place. I found your hotel to be spotlessly clean, very stylish with every facility that I required. I also liked the fact that if I decided to forgo a room clean I received a voucher for the bar. People who stay for a couple of nights don't need to waste resources to have a useless

Great rooms, very spacious. Having a full kitchen and washing machine
was great when travelling with a toddler. Our package stated not
serviced due to the cheap price, but our room was serviced every day
anyway - nice surprise. The hotel is central to everything - we left
the car in the carpark and walked to the zoo and around the city on
several days.

Lovely apartment with great views over the city and beyond (sky view apt). Excellent bed and whole apartment finished to a high standard. Great soundproofing for a nice quiet sleep. Easy access to car park, just down the lift. Garbage disposal also very handy.
Walking distance to everything but slightly outside of highrises allowing a better view. Also quite easy to find your way home as hotel stands out on the skyline.
Would recommend these apartments.

excellent - full of helpful advice, and went the extra mile for us on
numerous occasions. Room was modern and very comfortably furnished.
