We stayed at this hotel while my sister was having tests and lots of appointments at a nearby medical center. The beds were really comfortable, and having a kitchen was a great bonus. The shuttle provided to local shopping (target, a grocery store) meant we could easily buy food for the week that we were there. The pool area was nice to sit in

The staff. Front desk was awesome! The hotel was booked full, long line of people checking in and 1 lady handled everyone with a smile, pleasant attitude, and she made it appoint to acknowledge and apoligize to everyone for the wait.. Dealing with her in the beginning of my stay made it all worth it. I believe her name is Jamie

The entire staff was extremely helpful. This hotel makes having to go to Houston Medical Center so much easier for the out of town patients. This Hampton Inn & Suites has door to door shuttles to each hospital and the service is great without long waits. The room was actually quite spacious. I had a misunderstanding with the hotel staff that they are going to drop me to the airport. I was upset about it-they eventually called for a cab, and got me dropped. The staff was very nice to talk to. Hotel was very clean. Wifi was excellent, streaming live television was not an issue.
