Room was very clean; staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good
for my needs as it was only a short drive downtown but priced at 50% of
the downtown hotel rates. Caters to Medical Center patients so a very
quiet hotel. Will stay there again if the price remains the same (<
$125.00/night).
When I was check in, the staff said they cancelled my appointment due to the expired credit card. However, my credit card didn't expire. They ran out of the room type I booked. However, they give me a suit for the price I booked my room. and the problem solved.
The indoor pool, spa and fitness room were very nice and clean. The
rooms and beds were very comfortable. The hot breakfast was good. Very
close the the medical center where we had appts. They were also kind
enough to let check in early.
everyone was very friendly, very helpful and informative. the room was very clean and the beds were most comfortable. everything that we needed was attainable. perfect location for our stay. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT!!.
Stay was incredibly accommodating...They upgraded our room because they were full and my son was having a procedure the next day in the medical center. It really made it easier. It was a very nice surprise.
Sylvia , breakfast room attendant....she is outstanding! Don't ever let her go. All employees we met were great and very well trained. Value can not be beat and I've stayed in many hotels over the years.
The staff was very helpful. Front desk Staff, and especially the young driver John. He was so attentive to my needs while going to and from hospital on shuttle.
This is a great location if you have business at the Texas Medical Center. I also enjoyed the room facilities and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is close to Reliant Stadium where Livestock Show and Rodeo BBQ cookoff was being held; Convenient by taxi or rail system.

The breakfast was good, even though the hotel appeared to be full, we were not inconvenienced with noise or delays.
It was conveniently close to catch the train to Reliant Center where we were attending a concert.

Breakfast was a little bland. Frozen egg circles are not particularly
appetizing. Standard fare for a medium level hotel.
The only problem was the rear elevator were you come in from the parking
lot was not working. There was only one other elevator to use at the
other end of the building where our room was not. This was not a deal
breaker however. Just a little more walking and waiting.
There are no restaurants in the hotel...but the desk gave us several menus to order from. We chose Pizza Fino and delivery to our room was perfect.
No direct shuttle to Reliant Stadium.
Breakfast under average, (a plus, you can make your own waffles) but after 8:30 many of the items was unavailable, Juice dispenser out of order...
My fridge and microwave were off or out on day 3 or 4 of my stay, luckily I only had 1 drink in the fridge.

Breakfast was poor. A bit noisy at night.
Getting car from parking to in front of hotel is complicated. If you don't want to make a short detour, you need to bend traffic rules in hotel roads a little bit.
not that friendly of staff. small elevator. parking lot is way too small.
Couldn't get a glass of ice tea. No tea bags in room with coffee maker.

Halls are not air conditioned but that is not a bad thing folks don't stand out there and talk at night.
I do not like the entrance to the hotel.

Upon arrival could not find our confirmation, so rebooked us. It was
under my husbands name not mine, so consequently we were charged as a no
show. All information was the same, so it should have picked up that we
were one of the same. Anyway Alexandria corrected it immediately after I
found it on my ck. Acct. And called her.
Keys did not work in the garage or the back door. They had to recharged
three times.

Not much parking right now they are working on the basement parking lot.
Our room was not serviced till the third day. We had to go to the front desk to ask for towels.
The toilet flush flow was poor the breakfast wasn't good I mean really who eat steamed egg patties.
Bathroom was too small.

Back doors unaccessable.
Rooms and halls were hot.
Complimentary breakfast ended too early for a Sunday it ended at 10am. Also the weekend we stayed was a big rodeo weekend and the shuttle to the rodeo stopped at 1 in the afternoon and check in wasn't until 3 so we had to pay for a cab instead of taking the free shuttle.
There exercise equipment is dated and the treadmill wasn't working correctly. Also their hot tub was having heater issues and the back door didn't always open with the room key. When I asked about getting the treadmill repaired I was told the repair person would not be available until Monday (meaning they would not bring in a repair person on the weekend).
The musty smell in the room.
The first night of our stay the water was not very HOT> the second
night there was no hot water at ALL> the next morning the water
remained very COOL> we were told they had problems with the
BOILER> I was there for medical reasons & we left early because I
could no longer take cold SHOWERS>.
Hotel was run down and dirty. Indoor pool was too cold to swim. Pretty pricey for such a small room...and we had 2 queens beds.
Hallways too small and always crowded with housekeeping stuff. Hard to get into and out of parking lot. Hard to get into hotel from parking lot. TV remote did not work. The hotel needs to be renovated. The drink machine was out of service for breakfast, nothing to drink except coffee.
The general smell in hotel, broken exercise equipment (all) and tiny lounge TV. Only able to get 4 channels on room TV. This place was not worth the money.
We checked out early. The room had a horrible odor and the mattress and floor near the bed reeked of urine.
