when I go to Kiev on business - would even change dates of visit to
ensure that I can stay at Oselya. Ok, its a drive away to central Kiev,

Very conveniently located near the railway station and Zhylyany airport. We arrived by train and were met by hotel. Transfer to airport was in time and without any problem. I highly recomend to use hotel transfer. Everything was very modern and of a high quality. Nice garden, free wi-wi even in the garden. The staff very polite and helpful.

All the past negative comments seem outdated, other then the external breakfast waiting time.

Place in the centre of Kiev. About 10 minutes with light walk from metro station, also big supermarket nearby. It is actually 3 bedroom flat with shared bathroom and kitchen. I stayed in this hotel for 1 night with my boyfriend and we both liked it very much. The hotel only has 3 rooms, which means that it's very quiet. Also, it's clean, everything looks rather new and the location is pretty convenient (getting to the city center takes only a couple of minutes by metro).
Finally, the owner was very friendly and he let us check in before 14:00. I would highly recommend this tiny hotel to anyone going to Kiev, as it was great value for money.

The staff made up of Vitaly, Lyudmila and Dmitriy were friendly, honest and professional. The apartment is situated on Independence Square and on the Khreshatik. Perfect location.
