The staff made up of Vitaly, Lyudmila and Dmitriy were friendly, honest and professional. The apartment is situated on Independence Square and on the Khreshatik. Perfect location. The Khreshatik becomes pedestrian during the weekend and the mood is festive. Chique deco, clean, comfortable apartment. Very comfortable and stylish apartment located at the heart of the city, close to the metro. The owner Dimitry is very nice and helpful person. We arrived early and he offered us free of charge his another apartment for half day until our will be available.

Airport shuttle arranged by him was good and at honest price. Modern, clean, stylish, roomy, comfortable and perfectly located near Independence Square. Great manager, Dmitry, very accommodating and helpful. Wonderful experience. Apartment was clean, nice and cosy although in an old building. Hosts were very friendly and cooperative. Strongly secure doors and in the immediate vicinity of independence square. great design, value for money, spacious room, helpful and friendly staff. Loved the location also apartment was very spacious. nice apartman comfort and warm with good view even the shower is not good work but the bathroom is so nice and warm .you can feel that you are in your home in kiev so close to evrything in the city the owner dimitry is kind man and helpful calm and safty apartman in the center of kiev. you can cook in apartment apartment is dizended so nicely and with good lights evrything is good and like what you see in the photos. Appartment was as good as promised inside. The room is quite good , renewed and modern decorated. In the booking offer there is one appartment situated not at maydan Nezalegnosty square, but the description is not very clear, so first night I happened to stay in another place. Then Dmitrij solved the problem. Apartment faces the bulevard and it was noisy during the night. no immediate access to staff. studio apartments may not necessarily be next to independence square although website says so...also the persons taking care of check-in and check-out speak quite poor english. don't use the elevator in the building bed is not comfort there is nothing bad all was almost perfect pathroom is big and they can make the shower more modern. Studio-appartment wasn´t even close to Independence square, even if the name of appartement could let you think. The building was in bad condition from outside but the appartment itself was as in the picture. We had made the reservation by credit card, we have to pay by cash maybe because Dmitry was abroad that time. The studio apartment is not located in city center as it is written on the header of city apartment advertisement which is Borysa Hrinchenko Street 2/1, Kiev, 01001, Ukraine. The studio apartment adress is Boulevard of Lesya Ukrainka 20/22. It is almost 1 km from the down town. The building is very old, dirty and smells bad.
