I stayed in unit 146 on the 17th floor. The apartment is amazing. Pecherska metro station is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. 24 hour reception. The unit is private and very clean. -

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The accomodation was clean and comfortable, centrally located on Kreschatyk Street. The staff make sure that you are fully looked after and are only a telephone call away in case you need them. This is a professional organisation who run the business. Thanks for an enjoyable stay in Kiev. -

I have never stayed in such a clean hotel before, even I am travelling a lot and have stayed in many 5* hotels!
Friendly staff and close to metro and other sights!
I will definitely stay in this apartment again when I am coming back to Kiev once and I will recommend it to all my friends!

Everything. This place is a little gem - wonderful 100% renovated big
house made into a mini-hotel with lots of charm. I always stay there
when I go to Kiev on business - would even change dates of visit to
ensure that I can stay at Oselya. Ok, its a drive away to central Kiev,

Very conveniently located near the railway station and Zhylyany airport. We arrived by train and were met by hotel. Transfer to airport was in time and without any problem. I highly recomend to use hotel transfer. Everything was very modern and of a high quality. Nice garden, free wi-wi even in the garden. The staff very polite and helpful.

The location was 5 min walk to Universitet metro station and across a
few restaurants which were good. The room was very clean and had the
atmosphere of a good family-run hotel. Although the staff did not speak
perfect English, they were able to assist us in making cab bookings and

- excellent breakfast at restaurant 'tomatoes' next door. I strongly recommend if you have time in the morning (starts at 9 o'clock and there is quite a wait after the order)
- exactly on time, as ordered, ok-ish breakfast served in the room for those in a rush or before 9:00
All the past negative comments seem outdated, other then the external breakfast waiting time.

Place in the centre of Kiev. About 10 minutes with light walk from metro station, also big supermarket nearby. It is actually 3 bedroom flat with shared bathroom and kitchen. The owner is kind and caring chap, who answered our questions, gave us some informations, nice, really. Also there goes somebody to clean and tidy up the flat daily. All in a

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night with my boyfriend and we both liked it very much. The hotel only has 3 rooms, which means that it's very quiet. Also, it's clean, everything looks rather new and the location is pretty convenient (getting to the city center takes only a couple of minutes by metro).
Finally, the owner was very friendly and he let us check in before 14:00. I would highly recommend this tiny hotel to anyone going to Kiev, as it was great value for money.

The staff made up of Vitaly, Lyudmila and Dmitriy were friendly, honest and professional. The apartment is situated on Independence Square and on the Khreshatik. Perfect location. The Khreshatik becomes pedestrian during the weekend and the mood is festive. Chique deco, clean, comfortable apartment. -
