  The staff were absolutely great - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff were very courteous indeed. We would definitely stay at the hotel again

  Very friendly and helpful staff overall. Iron/ironing board in room! Hair drier and safe in room. Can adjust room temperature yourself. Good room service - nice food and not too pricey. Pleasant dining room and lounge areas. We enjoyed our stay (self and elderly mother). Adjusted our booking to take account of our altered needs. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

  There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
