The only downside was that the digital television was not working properly and we had to change rooms to get any television to work at all. Otherwise all was great.   This must be the flagship hotel in the Premier Inn chain...I Understand it has been open for around four years yet it looked as thought it had opened yesterday. The staff were all amazingly helpfull, nothing was too much trouble for them. Even though we'd had been given the wrong door code on our booking form, this was soon sorted by helpful and friendly staff with a short phone call. Overall, great place to stay. - Friendly staff.
