  The rooms and its facilities. Well sized, with plenty of space to move around, the air conditioning worked properly, the bed was in very good order and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The shower was also adequate and offered all the necessary facilities. The taste's of the breakfast food has to be improved.   Great apartments, welcoming, clean, quite and secure. Had all the facilities we'd expected. Even though we'd had been given the wrong door code on our booking form, this was soon sorted by helpful and friendly staff with a short phone call. Overall, great place to stay. - Friendly staff. Handy location for a parent visiting Sheffield University.

  Excellent pool, steam room and sauna... great to relax. Room was a good size, nice bathroom clean tidy well equipped and right in the city centre.   Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. The room was nicely decorated with a flat screen tv and free wireless internet. - The room was excellent value for money, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable

  My husband loves the pillows, I liked the idea of the single bed next to the double bed and my son loved everything. I found the staff both pleasant and helpful. The room was neat and very inviting. The hotel has an ideal location just 5 mins from the train station and 2 mins from the shopping centre.
