  Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it.
