  Clean, tidy, comfortable, and very close to sights in London. Hotel Lily was easily accessible. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast room with plenty of staff to serve breakfast. It looked like hotel had been upgraded recently. I really enjoyed my stay, and thought it was value for money. Overall, I had a really good experience of Hotel... wat mensen zeggen » Lily. It's a great place for families, backpackers, and tourists who are out during the day. I would definitely stay again. - Location is excellent. 2 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 5 minutes from Earl's Court tube station (Exhibition Centre is opposit side of the hotel) and 15 minutes from Fulham Broadway tube station (Chelsea FC 2 further minutes) by walk. Staff is very friendly. Full english breakfast is fine. Recommended and thank you!

  There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it. It is close to Paddington Station, and the Italian restaurant around the corner, Villa Rosa, has the best spaghetti that I have ever eate... wat mensen zeggen » n. - Location is great, hotel area is decent, it is very near to Lancaster underground station. They have given us a room at ground floor but we requested a room at up floor (same floor with our other friends). They helped us asap.

  Margo and Lucas were very helpful in every way possible to ensure our visit was special. You are very lucky to have them working for you because they obviously like people and take their job very seriously. They were professional and also very friendly, and great at helping us feel welcome and comfortable at Europa House...and in London. A lot of folks are giving it a bad review because the carpet is worn, the room temps aren't climate controlled and, yes, the bathrooms are micro-sized. But I like to sleep cheap, eat well and be in a good part of town. If you don't mind climbing stairs, this is a great place for those who don't want to spend a fortune on lodging in London! Just leave your high expectations

  Het was een goedkoop verblijf en het was handig dat er een 24h receptie was. Goede wijk, dichtbij metro, iedere dag werd het bed verschoond en nieuwe handdoeken, goed bed. - de schoonmaker was de aardigste persoon in het hotel maar dat was geen Indier en de rest wel. Zelden zulk onbeschoft personeel meegemaakt aan een receptie

  Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Also the ladies serving in the breakfast room were lovely - friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and very happy to mix and match breakfasts. And when I asked for only egg they gave me two ! That t... wat mensen zeggen » he big bus tour started there ( but didnt finish there the day we did it so was a bit of a trek back to the hotel - not the hotel's fault.) - Very poor reviews on the internet nearly led me to cancel this hotel however for the price we paid it really was excellent - friendly staff, clean rooms ,sheets and towels also spotless and clean towels every day.Breakfast which was included was a decent full English or continental . Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away

  After a stressfull day it was such a delight to realise the bnb was only seconds from the bus stop and as we walked up there ( about 8pm) we could see that it was a pub -not full of old loud men watching footie but groups of young people chilling out eating pizza and listening to two young guys playing guitar :) The room was next door, brand new r... wat mensen zeggen » oom- spotlessly clean, freeview tv & free kettle/tea/coffee full length mirror (good for us girls :D) about a 10 minute walk to the high street to - I loved the staff, they where so friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was great and the staff even helped with booking taxis for us.
