The bed was big enough not to suffer from the heatwaves and very confortable. Our room had a view on the London Mews, which are very common in the neighborhood.   Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. Thankfully, since we are Hilton Honors members and could give them our member number, they found it that way! But other than that, our stay was flawless. We stayed there 3 separate times and they remembere - The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day.
